Users

Access to or use of this SP PARKING portal grants the status of USER, who accepts these General Terms of Use from the moment of such access or use.

These terms apply regardless of any General Contracting Terms that may be mandatory in the relevant case.

Use of the portal

www.spparking.es provides access to information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, the content) belonging to SP PARKING or its licensors.

The USER assumes responsibility for use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.

When registering, the USER is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If a password is provided, the USER will be responsible for it and undertakes to use it diligently and confidentially.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered by SP PARKING and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to engage in unlawful, illegal or bad-faith activities or activities contrary to public order; disseminate racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic or terrorist-apologist content or content contrary to human rights; cause damage to SP PARKING's systems, those of its suppliers or third parties; introduce or disseminate computer viruses; or attempt to access and use other users' accounts.

SP PARKING reserves the right to remove comments or contributions that violate human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, threaten young people or children, public order or public safety, or are otherwise unsuitable for publication.

SP PARKING is not responsible for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.

Data protection

SP PARKING complies with applicable personal data protection legislation and seeks to ensure the proper use and processing of users' data.

Alongside personal data collection forms, users will be informed of the specific terms of processing, the identity and address of the controller, the purpose of processing, possible disclosures to third parties and how to exercise the rights recognised by applicable law.

In accordance with Articles 8 and 32.1 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes without SP PARKING's authorisation is expressly prohibited.

The USER undertakes to respect SP PARKING's intellectual and industrial property rights. The USER may view, print, copy or store elements of the portal exclusively for personal and private use.

The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, bypassing or manipulating protection devices or security systems installed on SP PARKING pages.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

SP PARKING shall not be liable for damages that may arise, by way of example, from errors or omissions in content, lack of availability of the portal or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs, despite having adopted the necessary technological measures to prevent them.
