LEGAL BOOKING INFORMATION

Pre-contractual terms

These terms govern the operational aspects of the parking and shuttle service to Malaga Airport. Please read them before confirming your booking.

Version: 28 July 2026
Before booking

By ticking the acceptance box on the booking form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these pre-contractual terms.

1

Following staff instructions

Users must follow the instructions given by the company's staff at all times, provided that those instructions do not cause harm to other persons, vehicles or property. Failure to comply may result in the service being refused.

2

Advance booking and rate allocation

Booking in advance is recommended in order to ensure availability and obtain the applicable rate. If you arrive without a prior booking, admission will be subject to the availability at that time and the current rate available at the time of entry will apply.

3

Punctuality and time allowance for the service

You must arrive at our facilities at least 45 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport. This allowance is necessary to ensure an efficient service and avoid inconvenience that may affect your boarding or check-in.

4

Access to the shuttle minibus

Users must wait until the driver or a member of our team expressly indicates that they may board the minibus, thereby ensuring safety and order during the process.

5

Child restraint systems

Child seats or booster seats must be fitted exclusively by the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the child, who must ensure that they comply with the applicable safety standards.

6

Vehicle type and size

Motorcycles, trailers, caravans, motorhomes and vans exceeding 5.5 metres in length are not accepted. This limitation helps ensure the correct operation of the facilities.

7

Personal belongings

The company is not liable for the loss of personal belongings, money or other items left inside the vehicle. We recommend that valuables are not left in the vehicle.

8

Claims relating to damage

For any claim relating to vehicle damage, the user must provide clear, detailed photographs taken when leaving the car at our facilities. These images will be necessary to validate the claim.

9

Wear and tear, electrical systems and sun exposure

The company will not accept claims for damage related to wear-and-tear components, such as brakes, transmission, clutch, suspension, steering or tyres; electrical or electronic components, such as the battery, alternator, starter motor, control units, sensors, screens or electric windows; or deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to the sun, such as cracks, discolouration, peeling, clouding or deterioration of seals and rubber parts.

10

Inspection before removing the vehicle

Any incident or claim relating to damage must be reported and formalised before the vehicle is removed from the facilities.

11

Handing over the keys

When parking, the user must hand the vehicle key to authorised staff, without additional keys or remote controls. This enables us to manage internal vehicle movements and provide the service efficiently.

12

Unclaimed lost property

Lost property that is not claimed by its owner within 15 calendar days of being found will be disposed of or recycled in accordance with applicable regulations.

13

Long Stay vehicle transfer

When the Long Stay rate is contracted, the vehicle will be transferred to our private facilities, located in a closed and monitored enclosure.
